I think it's caused partly by the fact you've some real life crap around. Happens to me always. The more there's other stuff to do the more I just want to writewritewrite.
As for my writing... several ideas in head but none formed enough so I could put them down to paper. Just can't write much if I don't have certain things clear in my mind.
