Picspam: Breaking Bad 101 (way too many pics and fangirly squee)

I ordered the first two seasons of Breaking Badas a xmas gift for myself and they arrived just the other day! It's a show about a chemistry teacher who gets cancer and starts to cook meth to leave money for his family.

Of course I had to check immediately, if the DVDs are okay, so I watched the pilot *ggg* and while I was at it I had to take some screencaps almost 200 *cough* don't judge, mkay? and now I share them with you:



Yes, it's Walter's pants. They belong to one of the bestest opening scenes in TV shows, ever. It would probably the best, but I'll never forget the first scene of Prison Break and because I still have that tattoo kink... yeah...

I love how they use abbreviations of chemical elements in their names. Bryan's is taken from Bromine, a halogene and Aaron's is Argon, a noble gas. And yes, I actually knew this. But it's probably all that I remember from chemistry. *lol*

I don't only love the fact that they've decided to have a disabled character in this show, but also that the very pretty RJ Mitte really has celebral palsy. Which happens to be my disability, too, though I can't walk at all. Casting disabled actors for disabled characters is the only way to show the rest of the world that we do exist and are not that different from you.

Oh great, thanks so much for friending me back :)

Though I think I should warn you first. I'm fangirling a lot about whatever I'm obssesed with at the moment and right now it's definitely Breaking Bad. Of which I've watched only the first two seasons, so far. Real life won't let me catch up at the moment, but I'll do it as soon as I can. Right now I'm re-watching the first two, which results in a lot of extended picspams.

That's okay--I pretty much roll the same way, blogging about whatever's the current obsession :) Just to warn you, I'm not posting that often due to work, so you'll get a lot of my twitter feed stuff, a lot of which will probably make no sense :P

Now I know re you only knowing Seasons 1 and 2, I'll make a concerted effort not to spoiler anything for you re Season 3 happenings.

Besides that I'm posting a lot about music and whine a lot about writing and sometimes I talk about personal things, to prove that I'm more than just a crazy fangirl ;)

So do I, when I feel compelled to do so :D

And I so can't wait for the picspam of Jesse in his hoodies!

Seeing as I now have all 3 seasons on DVD, I'll try to scan through them to find some good hoodie shots in the next few weeks :) I seriously envy Jesse's hoodie style!

LOL, I think my jaw dropped too, being all clean-shaven and sharp! So he was all adult-like in a suit, yet looked younger facially. It made for an odd combination :D

Wow, you're not a suit person! That's interesting. For me it depends on the kind of suit, I guess. I wasn't keen for the bank guy to give him the job, as it was a rather deameaning one with little career outlook :P But he did look very nice and sharp, and deserved far more dignified employment than what he was actually applying for :)

It depends of course on the suit, but all in all I prefer guys in street clothes. They get me with jeans and hoodies or plaid shirt, but I totally appreciate it to see them all in a suit once in a while.

Ah, while AP and other cool guys do the street casual look with a lovely sense of panache, I see so many sloppily dressed 'men' who think that loose shirts and jeans which hang halfway down their arses is attractive. It's not :P Which is why I like seeing guys in suits--for the most part they've seemingly paid vague attention to what they look like before walking out the house. I guess I'm a bit of a classically-styled, old-fashioned gal that way ;D
